decent stay with some issues

the staff seemed very kind and helpful to me. they were warm in their approach and tried to accommodate my requirements. breakfast and coffee was good too.
the rooms, it seems, did not match the pictures i saw online. there was no air conditioning though it was listed as an amenity. it became difficult with the heat.

the room i got did not look like the pictures, it was VERY outdated. there were stains ALL over the walls, and it just didn't feel clean. the bathroom HAD mold.

I found the staff helpful. They provided very clear directions. the location suited my needs with food options nearby. the hotel offered tea and coffee plus a pastry between 3pm and 5pm daily. breakfast had good options.
